About the Role
We are seeking a Web3 Product Manager to join our innovative team at Bitrefill. As a Web3 Product Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of crypto commerce. Bitrefill is a leader in enabling users to spend cryptocurrency on everyday needs, and we need someone who can turn insights from crypto-native users into a systematic product strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features.
- Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily to understand their setups, workarounds, and frustrations.
- Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog; ship end-to-end alongside engineering and design.
- Make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols based on usage data rather than market hype.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations.
- Represent Bitrefill in crypto communities and at industry conferences.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, ideally in payments, e-commerce, or fintech.
- Proven track record of shipping products with real adoption.
- Experience leading work across distributed teams and time zones.
- Practical experience with DeFi: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas dynamics.
- Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile.
- Ability to decompose large problems into shippable increments.
- Clear written communication skills for specifications, decision documents, and async updates.
