Manager - AI & Technology Value Creation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager - AI & Technology Value Creation to join our team at Interpath Advisory. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in AI and technology to drive value creation for our clients. You will be instrumental in delivering AI-focused engagements for Private Equity investors and their portfolio companies, ensuring that technology and data are at the forefront of our value creation strategies.

What You'll Do

• Deliver AI, digital, and technology analyses across transaction and value creation engagements.
• Support AI and technology due diligence, including assessment of data assets and execution risks.
• Develop AI-enabled value creation initiatives, focusing on automation opportunities and efficiency levers.
• Build AI and digital roadmaps linked to growth and EBITDA impact.
• Prepare client materials and present findings to investors and management teams.
• Coordinate and guide analysts and consultants on project workstreams.
• Support proposal development and market research.

Requirements

• Experience in a leading advisory firm, strategy consultancy, or technology-focused environment.
• Proven exposure to AI, data, and technology-driven projects.
• Solid understanding of AI fundamentals and digital business models.
• Experience supporting Private Equity or PE-backed portfolio companies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent business-level German and English.

• Experience in transaction or transformation contexts.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
