Warehouse Leader (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Leader to join our team remotely. As a Warehouse Leader, you will be responsible for organizing and managing a team to achieve specified performance metrics. This role involves direct supervision of assigned tasks, ensuring both quantity and quality standards are met. You will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating logistics processes to ensure timely production and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Organize and manage a team to achieve performance targets as a Warehouse Leader.
• Supervise the execution of assigned tasks with a focus on quality and quantity.
• Plan and coordinate logistics processes to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct inventory checks, and analyze discrepancies.
• Train employees and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Prepare performance reports, shift reports, and other documents as requested by management.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company.

Requirements

• Technical/vocational education.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of warehouse management principles and documentation procedures.
• Good understanding of basic IT tools and MS Office suite.
• Intermediate English proficiency in both spoken and written forms.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Availability to work in a 3-shift system according to the schedule.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
• UDT certification for forklift operation.
