Project Administrator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator - Remote to join our team at HDR. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Critical Commissioning Management Team and project staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality engineering, architecture, and construction services.

What You'll Do

• Provide effective and professional administrative support to project teams, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
• Maintain and update staff planning tools, advising management of changing resource requirements.
• Supervise other Project Administrators, ensuring high levels of quality and service.
• Manage business correspondence and ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in the preparation of cost reports and documentation, ensuring adherence to required templates.
• Organize and manage meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Provide hands-on administrative support for team members as needed.
• Respond to customer queries and manage internal and external communications professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
