About the Role

We are looking for a Web3 Growth & Community Lead to join our innovative team at Multyr Ltd. This role is crucial as we prepare for the token pre-launch phase of our multichain DeFi protocol, aiming to reach $100M Total Value Locked (TVL) within the first year post-launch. As a Web3 Growth & Community Lead remote position, you will take ownership of our early-stage growth, community, and partnership efforts, ensuring a vibrant and engaged community.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage Multyr’s presence on social media platforms like Twitter/X, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Create high-quality content including threads, explainers, and positioning statements to engage the community.
  • Design and execute a community-to-whitelist-to-pre-token funnel that maximizes user engagement and conversion.
  • Engage directly with users to build a strong, aligned community around our DeFi protocol.
  • Identify and reach out to potential partners, including protocols, communities, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Support outreach efforts to early investors, funds, and high-value users to enhance our protocol's visibility.
  • Gather feedback from the community and continuously improve messaging and engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of DeFi concepts, including yield strategies, liquidity, and various protocols.
  • Active involvement in Web3 ecosystems, particularly on platforms like Twitter and Discord.
  • Experience in growth, community management, or business development within the crypto space.
  • Excellent written English skills for effective communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with token launches and community building.
  • Existing network in the Web3 space, including connections with founders, KOLs, and communities.
  • Experience with growth funnels or conversion strategies to enhance user acquisition.
