What You'll Do

• Lead the performance, evolution, and daily delivery of our primary digital channel, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, brand, and compliance teams to translate strategic goals into effective web experiences.
• Utilize your expertise in web design and delivery to create websites that demonstrate measurable positive impacts for users and business goals.
• Master Webflow to push the platform's limits, ensuring robust integration and custom code where necessary.
• Champion web accessibility, implementing comprehensive standards and ensuring compatibility across devices.
• Define, track, and optimize web performance KPIs aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Conduct rigorous research and user testing to validate your work and inform iterative improvements.
• Manage diverse stakeholders, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in web design and delivery with a track record of successful website projects.
• Mastery of Webflow and strong coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of web accessibility standards and practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management and translating technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and experience with web performance analytics.
• Understanding of the UK financial market and regulatory landscape.
• Nice to have: experience in SEO and AI engine optimization.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms like Amplitude.
