Value Stream Lean Expert - Automotive Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Value Stream Lean Expert remote to join our team at MSX International. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, MSX has been a trusted partner to leading vehicle manufacturers globally. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of optimizing operations and enhancing customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute Kaizen Events to achieve defined Lean objectives and deadlines.
• Monitor and control Lean results and action effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Implement actions focused on coaching, monitoring, and improving operational consistency.
• Develop a comprehensive Lean Transformation Plan, including projects, KPIs, and personnel skills.
• Collaborate with Operations to enhance team management, including recruitment, performance, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
• Certification as a Project Manager or Coach from a recognized industry body.
• Previous experience in delivery and/or Shared Services, process improvement, and project management.
• Fully professional proficiency in English.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with data collection, ETL, and business analytics is advantageous.
• Knowledge of project management principles based on PMBOK.
• Understanding of quality standards (ISO) is a plus.
