About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our global gaming organization. This Senior HR Business Partner remote role will serve as a strategic partner to our international game business, providing comprehensive HR support and driving people initiatives across multiple regions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for game development teams and studio leadership.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support global expansion and business growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning for international operations.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs tailored to international hires and cross-cultural integration.
  • Drive talent management processes for global teams.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters across different cultural and legal environments.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment that supports diverse international teams.
  • Oversee compensation adjustments based on the company C&B policy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience with significant international/overseas exposure.
  • Proven track record in the gaming industry, preferably with experience supporting game development studios.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting distributed/remote international teams.
  • Deep understanding of international employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics for international operations.
  • Fluent in English with demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse international teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with game development lifecycle and understanding of studio operations.
  • Background in supporting creative/technical teams in fast-paced gaming environments.
  • Knowledge of gaming industry trends and talent market dynamics.

  • Competitive salary range of $91,700 to $212,500 per year.
  • Sign-on payment and relocation package available.
