Senior HR Business Partner - Global Gaming Organization

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our global gaming organization. This Senior HR Business Partner remote role will serve as a strategic partner to our international game business, providing comprehensive HR support and driving people initiatives across multiple regions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary HR contact for game development teams and studio leadership.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support global expansion and business growth.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning for international operations.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs tailored to international hires and cross-cultural integration.
- Drive talent management processes for global teams.
- Manage complex employee relations matters across different cultural and legal environments.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment that supports diverse international teams.
- Oversee compensation adjustments based on the company C&B policy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience with significant international/overseas exposure.
- Proven track record in the gaming industry, preferably with experience supporting game development studios.
- Demonstrated success in supporting distributed/remote international teams.
- Deep understanding of international employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics for international operations.
- Fluent in English with demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse international teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with game development lifecycle and understanding of studio operations.
- Background in supporting creative/technical teams in fast-paced gaming environments.
- Knowledge of gaming industry trends and talent market dynamics.

- Competitive salary range of $91,700 to $212,500 per year.
