Manager, Enterprise Hardware Asset Management - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Hardware Asset Management to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in leading the enterprise hardware asset lifecycle program, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization. You will manage a team of technical professionals and collaborate closely with various departments to protect enterprise assets and mitigate operational risks.

What You'll Do

• Lead and administer the Enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) program across the full asset lifecycle.
• Provide direct management and accountability for a team of technical professionals.
• Oversee asset procurement controls, inventory governance, deployment, transfer, disposition, maintenance, and warranty tracking.
• Ensure effective asset recovery, data security controls, and endpoint governance.
• Administer and govern hardware asset tracking platforms including ServiceNow HAM, Absolute Console, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM.
• Establish and maintain enterprise asset management processes aligned with FFIEC guidance, COBIT 2019, and internal GRC standards.
• Lead internal, external, regulatory, vendor, and licensing audit responses related to hardware assets.
• Define and publish KPIs related to inventory accuracy, compliance, asset recovery, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or hardware asset management.
• 3-5 years of lead, supervisory, or management experience in a technical environment.
• Strong expertise in enterprise hardware asset lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience governing ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Absolute Console, Microsoft Intune reporting, and SCCM reporting.
• Strong understanding of hardware inventory controls, endpoint governance, and asset security practices.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
• ITIL certification.
• Governance, audit, or risk certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CGEIT.
