UX/​UI Designer - Remote Opportunity at PA Consulting

About the Role

We're hiring a UX/UI Designer to join our team at PA Consulting. This remote opportunity allows you to design practical, usable interfaces and flows that move products from concept to reality. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work alongside product, design, and a wide range of other experts to bring innovative software solutions to life.

What You'll Do

• Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma and other generative platforms.
• Take concepts from idea to production-ready designs, iterating based on evidence and best practices.
• Work in agile dual-track cycles, adapting scope and fidelity as needed to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other designers to make practical decisions quickly.
• Contribute to and utilize design systems to maintain consistency and accessibility.
• Apply AI tools to enhance ideation, documentation, and analysis processes.
• Facilitate client workshops and design reviews, presenting decisions clearly.

Requirements

• Hands-on UX/UI practitioner with experience in shipping products.
• Ability to balance best practices with technical constraints and timelines.
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions to diverse audiences.
• Curiosity and experimentation with AI-enabled design workflows.
• Collaborative and adaptable, energized by multidisciplinary delivery.

Nice to Have

• Experience with client-facing work and facilitation.
• Comfort with frequently changing contexts and feedback loops.
• Interest in using AI in your workflow and actively learning new tools.
