About the Role

We are seeking a Property Services Supervisor to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead a significant operational unit in the Helsinki metropolitan area, overseeing the daily management of property services. As a Property Services Supervisor, you will manage a team of 20 employees, ensuring safety, resource allocation, and quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire your team towards common goals while ensuring operational excellence.
• Engage actively with clients and develop service quality through effective communication.
• Utilize production control systems and electronic maintenance logs to streamline operations.
• Conduct weekly site visits to meet with team members and clients, fostering strong relationships.
• Manage financial responsibilities and demonstrate a strong understanding of modern IT tools to support your management.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in property services and a relevant educational background.
• Proven experience in supervisory roles with operational responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in modern IT tools.
• Fluency in Finnish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is necessary as fieldwork is part of the role.
