About the Role

We are seeking a Process Technologist to join our team remotely. As a Process Technologist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes and ensuring safety standards are met. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for process safety and strong technical insight.

What You'll Do

• Optimize existing processes and develop new ones for production efficiency.
• Lead a multidisciplinary factory team to maintain the License To Operate.
• Analyze daily operational issues in collaboration with the production department.
• Act as a troubleshooter and provide solutions to urgent problems.
• Conduct training sessions for operators on new processes and safety standards.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the stability and predictability of production units.
• Document and manage recipes and process conditions systematically.
• Provide insights into automation systems and process control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a production environment.
• Experience with structured production improvement programs (WCOM, 5S, TPM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of automation systems and process control.
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuade colleagues on process optimizations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food industry or similar sectors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
