Mechatronics Technician - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team at Sarstedt, a leading provider of laboratory and medical technology. This remote Mechatronics Technician position offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technologies and contribute to the advancement of medical devices.

What You'll Do

• Perform repairs, optimizations, and setup tasks on assembly and packaging machines, as well as other special machinery.
• Analyze and resolve errors and malfunctions, conducting maintenance and repair activities.
• Execute mechanical processing tasks including turning, milling, and drilling.
• Monitor ongoing processes, particularly focusing on machine performance, waste, and quality.
• Initiate and implement suitable measures to improve processes and output.
• Operate machinery and troubleshoot issues in ongoing production.

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Preferably, experience in the aforementioned field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Independent, motivated, and goal-oriented working style.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation technologies.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
