Product Engineer - Aerospace Components

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Engineer to join our team at Howmet Aerospace. This remote Product Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of aerospace components, contributing to innovative projects in the aerospace industry.

What You'll Do

• Take technical responsibility for products in series production and the introduction of new products in close collaboration with manufacturing areas.
• Optimize product characteristics and costs to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Develop measures to sustainably address deviations in product quality.
• Provide technical customer support and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications meet industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Foundry Technology, or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in Product Engineering.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerance systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with aluminum and titanium casting processes.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
