UI & BMS Graphics Engineer – Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI & BMS Graphics Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in BMS systems to create and maintain high-quality graphical user interfaces. As a UI & BMS Graphics Engineer, your work will directly impact the effectiveness of smart building solutions, ensuring that our graphical standards are met with precision and creativity.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop PX files and BMS graphics using Niagara 4 and/or IQVISION.
• Apply company-standard graphical library components consistently across all projects.
• Translate technical documentation into intuitive user interfaces that accurately reflect system operations.
• Collaborate with Commissioning Engineers to ensure graphics match live system behavior and sequences of operation.
• Perform quality checks on all graphics to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to delivery deadlines.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s graphical library and standardization efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating BMS graphics in Niagara 4 and/or IQVISION.
• Strong understanding of BMS architectures, controllers, I/O structures, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and graphical consistency.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation effectively.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration with engineering teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Commissioning or hands-on BMS engineering background.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices in industrial environments.
• Experience developing graphical standards libraries.
• Exposure to multi-site or enterprise-level BMS projects.
