About the Role

We are excited to announce training positions for aspiring educators in a remote setting. As part of our program, you will engage in a comprehensive training course in social pedagogy, including practical placements in our facilities in Berlin. What You'll Do

• Participate in a three-year training program that culminates in a state examination.
• Gain practical experience in our educational facilities, working with children and contributing to their development.
• Engage in theoretical studies aligned with the current Berlin curriculum and social pedagogy regulations.
• Attend classes two days a week, supplemented by a 200-hour practical internship each semester.
• Collaborate with mentors and educators to enhance your teaching skills and practical knowledge.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education with a focus on social pedagogy or equivalent qualifications.
• Prior experience in a pedagogical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

Nice to Have

• Experience in multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of Montessori pedagogy.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
