About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Training and Education Program Manager - Remote to join our team at Medtronic. In this role, you will lead the charge in enhancing our sales training initiatives while ensuring that our clinical and technical training programs are top-notch. This position is designed to foster collaboration across various departments and enhance our competitive edge in the healthcare sector.

What You'll Do

• Identify training needs by collaborating with regional stakeholders to pinpoint skill or knowledge gaps.
• Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals, employing a mix of standardization and customization.
• Utilize digital resources and methods for effective training delivery, including blended, synchronous, and asynchronous learning.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and feedback to continuously improve our training programs.
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to promote a culture of learning and enhance communication efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in medical device sales, marketing, or training delivery, or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong track record of individual and team results in sales or training contexts.
• Hands-on experience with Medtronic Core Surgical or Hugo™ robotic-assisted surgery products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
