International Sales Development Representative - Remote

About the Role

We are launching a new phase of our international expansion and are starting with Spain from our hub in Lisbon. We are looking for a passionate International Sales Development Representative (Spanish and French Speaking) to take charge of prospecting garages in the Spanish market. As an International Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in our growth!

What You'll Do

  • Actively prospect Spanish garages via phone (outbound).
  • Qualify incoming leads from our marketing campaigns (inbound).
  • Pitch Vroomly effectively and create interest among garages.
  • Transform calls into appointments with our Account Executives.
  • Manage your pipeline independently and optimize your conversion rate.
  • Continuously refine your sales pitch: handling objections, sales techniques, closing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and Spanish; English is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commercial drive and a desire to challenge yourself daily.
  • Comfortable on the phone and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Determined and resilient: naturally bounce back from refusals and objections.
  • Enjoy working in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
  • Team player who shares best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales.
