Total Rewards Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will unleash your potential while collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds to create a safer, sustainable, and more connected world. As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will develop, implement, and evaluate Total Rewards programs that include wage and salary administration, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluation, global mobility, executive compensation, and health, life, and retirement benefits.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Support HR teams and business units in all matters related to Total Rewards.
- Analyze and make recommendations on market references within the Americas region.
- Develop and implement fixed compensation, incentive, and benefits programs.
- Evaluate and recommend job classifications and levels.
- Assist in training HR on annual compensation planning, incentives, salary proposals, and global job structure.
- Review salary increase proposals and provide feedback based on market analysis and internal equity.
- Analyze and project costs of compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Administration.
- Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of tax and labor legislation.
- Understanding of global salary surveys (interpretation and participation).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Desirable experience in the USA/South America and/or Costa Rica.
