We're hiring a Senior AI Lead - Cancer Vaccines (Clinical Stage) to join our innovative team in Oxford. What You'll Do

• Take ownership of the antigen discovery platform, applying machine learning to proteomic and immunologic datasets.
• Develop and implement models that are trained on real biological data, ensuring outputs are relevant to live trials.
• Collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team of experts in a highly technical environment.
• Utilize mass spectrometry data to enhance model accuracy and relevance.
• Engage in a hands-on role that allows for direct feedback from clinical trials to refine your models.

Requirements

• Strong machine learning capabilities, particularly in deep learning, probabilistic modeling, or representation learning.
• Experience with complex datasets, preferably in biological data (proteomics, RNA-seq, immune datasets).
• A passion for applying AI in real-world clinical settings.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on innovation.
• Prior experience in a clinical or biotech setting is a plus but not essential.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with mass spectrometry data.
