About the Role

We are seeking a Total Rewards Benefits Operate Manager to join our dynamic team at Deloitte. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to lead work at the intersection of health and welfare benefits strategy, administration operations, and enabling technology. As a Total Rewards Benefits Operate Manager, you will help clients and internal teams translate benefits requirements into scalable platform capabilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes and improved member experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead delivery workstreams supporting BenefitsIQ-enabled health and welfare programs, including discovery, solution design, implementation support, and optimization.
• Translate health and welfare benefit requirements into administration-ready designs, covering eligibility, enrollment, life events, and reporting.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to define platform features and configuration standards.
• Advise on end-to-end health and welfare administration capabilities across traditional provider platforms.
• Support operational design, including SOPs, roles/responsibilities, and service metrics.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and internal leadership to ensure alignment and success.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and turning them into reusable playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration.
• 4+ years of experience evaluating or supporting benefits administration platform capabilities.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Human Capital Management platform data or payroll integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for project documentation and presentations.

Nice to Have

• Certification in Human Resources or health and welfare disciplines.
• Experience leading health and welfare benefits change initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and Human Resources technology.
