About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Sprinto. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building our Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring function in the United States. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced TA team, supporting the full recruitment cycle for various US-based roles. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct candidate outreach and engagement through email, LinkedIn, and phone to drive interest and schedule screening calls.
  • Write compelling, personalized messages that reflect Sprinto's brand and clearly communicate opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Learn and operate the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and pipeline management.
  • Utilize sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and qualify strong candidate profiles.
  • Manage candidates through the ATS, maintaining clean and accurate pipeline data at all times.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple US time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft messages that engage and build trust.
  • Genuine curiosity about recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Drive and persistence in outreach efforts, even when response rates are low.
  • Some exposure to recruiting, HR, or sales, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in candidate communication and scheduling.

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or project work in a recruiting or HR function.
  • Familiarity with ATS or sourcing tools.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
