Territory Manager - Comfort Medical (Remote Midwest)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Manager remote to join our team at Comfort Medical. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through strategic selling activities, including cultivating business partnerships with key decision-makers and driving market share and sales growth. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the Midwest region, including Saint Louis and Kansas City.
What You'll Do
- Engage with targeted accounts to develop and execute a clear plan to meet overall territory sales objectives.
- Analyze key sales and marketing data to identify leverageable opportunities in your territory.
- Understand the customer's environment, including key decision-makers and their challenges, to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Support community groups and mentor newly injured patients transitioning from rehab to home.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to present value propositions, including financial and clinical impacts.
- Plan daily call routines to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts based on sales potential and geographical location.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase usage of Comfort Medical products.
- Organize and manage information using CRM tools for effective account follow-up and planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, or a 2-year associate degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience, or 7+ years of med tech sales experience.
- Experience in DME or service-specific sales is preferred.
- Willingness to travel 25% - 50% for in-person meetings with healthcare customers.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license required.
