O&M Electrician Technician - Renewable Energy Projects

About the Role

We are seeking an O&M Electrician Technician to join our team at Gransolar Group. This remote position focuses on the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic solar plants. As an O&M Electrician Technician, you will ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of electrical equipment, contributing to our mission of delivering efficient and profitable solar energy solutions.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems at photovoltaic plants.
• Manage stock levels for solar installations and ensure timely replenishment.
• Monitor the performance of photovoltaic installations under your responsibility.
• Utilize Maintenance Management Software (GMAO) for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Intermediate or higher qualification in Electricity or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance of low voltage electrical installations; experience in high voltage is a plus.
• Familiarity with photovoltaic equipment, inverters, trackers, transformers, and meters is desirable.
• Availability to travel to various plants as needed.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and agricultural machinery certification are required.

Nice to Have

• Basic English proficiency (B1-B2 level).
• Training in AT (high voltage), inverters, and trackers.
