Technician Trainer Program Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Technician Trainer Program Manager to lead our training initiatives at Anduril Industries. This Technician Trainer Program Manager remote position is crucial for shaping the future of defense manufacturing through effective training and development programs. You will play a key role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to excel in their roles.

What You'll Do

• Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with business objectives.
• Design and Develop Training: Create and adapt technician and leadership training content tailored to site-specific needs.
• Scope & Manage Learning Projects: Oversee training project plans from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.
• Deliver & Facilitate Training: Conduct technician and leadership development programs, coaching team trainers for effective delivery.
• Manage Manufacturing Onboarding: Ensure high-quality onboarding for all new manufacturing hires at the Ohio site.
• Plan & Schedule Training: Maintain a training calendar, coordinating resources and aligning timelines with production schedules.
• Track Outcomes & Drive Continuous Improvement: Measure training effectiveness and use data to enhance content and delivery.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Act as a liaison between production leaders and training teams to ensure seamless rollout of training initiatives.
• Lead and Develop the Tech Training Team: Provide direction and support to trainers, ensuring excellence in facilitation and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Technical Training.
• People leadership experience with a proven ability to design and deliver training programs.
• Strong facilitation skills to engage both technicians and leaders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset focused on training impact and measurable outcomes.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Hands-on experience training technicians or production staff.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and practices.
