Assistant Product Operations Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Product Operations Manager to join our team remotely. This role is essential in supporting a growing portfolio of cloud-based products across GCP, Azure, and emerging platforms. As an Assistant Product Operations Manager, you will partner closely with Product Management to drive operational excellence and improve execution visibility.

What You'll Do

• Drive product operating cadences including PI planning, roadmap reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain and operationalize product roadmaps, delivery plans, and planning artifacts across teams.
• Manage product KPIs and dashboards to track adoption, delivery health, and outcomes.
• Provide data-driven insights to support product and portfolio-level decision-making.
• Support alignment across products and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, and others).
• Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and reporting.
• Standardize and improve product management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to scale and streamline workflows across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience or Associate’s degree with 5 years’ experience, or HS/GED with 7 years of experience in a large, complex organization.
• Experience deploying and operating on a public cloud framework.
• Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with service design and pricing in the context of cloud-based solutions.
• Certification in cloud engineering is required within 12-24 months.

Nice to Have

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or similar) and platform/product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
