About the Role

We are seeking a Flexible Relocation Coach to join our innovative team at PerchPeek. This Flexible Relocation Coach remote position is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of relocation. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients as they transition to new locations, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for relocators, building trusted relationships throughout their relocation journey.
• Communicate effectively with clients via the PerchPeek app and through consultative calls, providing guidance and support tailored to their needs.
• Handle complex inquiries and situations, utilizing critical judgment to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Provide expertise on all aspects of the relocation journey, helping clients integrate successfully into their new locations.
• Support clients in understanding and adhering to their company’s relocation policies and managing their allowances.
• Recommend and coordinate additional services from providers, such as immigration and tax services.
• Ensure data accuracy and usefulness for reporting and analysis, maintaining high standards of operations.
• Collaborate with other Relocation Coaches to share knowledge and develop creative solutions.

Requirements

• Must be located within the UTC-8 to UTC-5 timezones.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is required.
• Knowledge of major US cities and lifestyle norms is essential.
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to customer needs.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle ambiguity with confidence.
• High level of autonomy and motivation in a remote working environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Global Mobility or Relocation industry.
• Knowledge of relocation management and destination services.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Arabic.
