What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver reliable quality on standard projects as an Associate Business Analyst, communicating directly with senior members and navigating complex situations with curiosity.
• Design innovative approaches for complex challenges as an Analyst, exercising sound business judgment and building relationships with clients.
• Serve as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) as a Senior Business Analyst, handling intricate challenges and maintaining board-level relationships.
• Engage in Financial Modeling & Analytics, building 3-Statement models, DCF valuations, and conducting scenario-based forecasting.
• Optimize sales processes and CRM configurations in Go-to-Market & RevOps to drive revenue growth.
• Map workflows and implement automation tools like Zapier/Make to enhance process design.
• Transform complex datasets into visualizations using Tableau and Power BI, providing ML-powered insights.
• Conduct market intelligence analyses, including TAM/SAM/SOM analysis and competitive research.

Requirements

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to structure challenges into actionable solutions.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of how analysis connects to real-world outcomes.
• Proven execution mastery with a track record of delivering "Reference-Quality" work.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience leading client conversations and providing high-level guidance is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big 4, or another recognized firm.
• A natural interest in data-driven storytelling and a desire to work with AI-enhanced workflows.
