About the Role

• Provide remote technical support for clients in the automobile, energy, cosmetics, and IT sectors.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Utilize ticketing tools like ServiceNow to manage and track support requests.
• Collaborate with professional technicians for escalated support issues.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your IT skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required for effective communication with clients.
• Experience in IT support is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using Windows, Android, iOS, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
