We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Assistant Intern to join our dynamic team at O'Donnell Moonshine. As a B2B Sales Assistant Intern, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations and help us deliver the unique Moonshine spirit to our business clients.

What You'll Do

• Assist the sales team with order processing from emails and phone calls.
• Act as a friendly voice on the phone, providing excellent support to our partners.
• Help manage and track orders, ensuring smooth operations.
• Support the complaint resolution process by finding customer-oriented solutions.
• Engage with team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during semester breaks.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibilities in the sales process.
• Team player who values collaboration and support among colleagues.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or event management is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Experience with CRM systems or sales software.
• Interest in the beverage industry, particularly spirits.
