Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
