• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on market trends.
• Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, particularly in cybersecurity and cloud operations.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B sales or outbound sales.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Knowledge of automation and troubleshooting in technical projects.
