Senior QA Engineer - Remote Position at Lynxtech

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team at Lynxtech. This Senior QA Engineer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology in the financial sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our innovative solutions that detect and prevent financial crime.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage implementation projects of our solutions, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients.
• Manage client relationships by identifying new needs, resolving queries, and advising on the proper use of our solutions.
• Provide expert advice and execute professional services related to our Financial Crime Detection and Prevention solutions.
• Support our internal Sales teams during the early phases of client contact, including demos and technical meetings.
• Act as a liaison between our clients and the Development and Support teams to ensure seamless communication and project success.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in managing technology projects.
• Experience in Financial Institutions or related sectors is a plus.
• Background in Professional Services departments in other companies within the sector is valued.
• Technical education in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proficient in Linux at a user level.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fraud and/or Money Laundering is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Certifications in Quality Assurance or Project Management.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in financial services.
