Treasury Specialist - Remote Position at OBRIO

About the Role

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist - Remote to join OBRIO, a leading IT company within the Genesis ecosystem, which has developed Nebula, a spirituality brand with over 70 million users. As a Treasury Specialist, you will ensure the financial stability of our company through effective payment management, cash flow oversight, and collaboration with banks and payment providers.

What You'll Do

• Manage payments through international and local banks and payment systems such as PayPal, Payoneer, Tipalti, SWIFT, SEPA, and ACH.
• Prepare and execute individual and bulk transactions efficiently.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain account balances.
• Control and manage payment documentation meticulously.
• Engage with banks and payment providers to negotiate collaboration terms.
• Support banking KYC and compliance procedures.
• Manage liquidity effectively to ensure operational stability.
• Optimize treasury processes, financial controls, and currency operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in international or large Ukrainian companies/banks.
• Higher education in economics, finance, or business.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Understanding of international payment standards (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH).
• Practical experience working with banks or payment services (e.g., PayPal, Payoneer, Tipalti).
• High attention to detail and responsibility.
• Able to work with operational, repetitive processes without compromising quality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in treasury management or financial analysis.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
