About the Role

This Fullstack Software Engineer remote position will allow you to work on innovative solutions that integrate insurance and healthcare delivery into a seamless system. What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python/Flask and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an AI-assisted acquisition engine for real-time pricing and contract generation.
• Implement automated renewal systems that adjust coverage based on legal changes and consumption trends.
• Work on the internalized Prévoyance platform to enhance pricing and underwriting processes.
• Contribute to the development of a multi-country, multi-product contract and service stack.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency in high-traffic applications that real users depend on.
• A strong understanding of healthcare technology and its impact on access to care.
• Ability to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.
