About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Technical Recruiter remote position at Ashby! As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering team by discovering and hiring exceptional technical talent across North America. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and contribute to our mission of building the next generation of enterprise software.

What You'll Do

• Lead the recruitment process for technical roles, including Engineering, Product Design, Product Management, IT, Security, QA, and Data.
• Coach first-time hiring managers on how to build an exceptional recruitment process from the ground up.
• Conduct deep market mapping and analysis to identify where top talent is currently being cultivated.
• Partner directly with VP and founder-level stakeholders to extract key information efficiently.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a flexible approach to recruiting.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter in a product-led company, with experience in technical hiring beyond just engineering.
• Experience in a SaaS environment, focusing on technical hiring for a significant portion of your career.
• Ability to operate autonomously and lead searches end-to-end, establishing credibility with technical leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize workflows while balancing diversity, quality, and volume in hiring.
• Demonstrated experience in creating innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate talent pipelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth startup environments where scaling hiring is a priority.
• Familiarity with Ashby’s products and features.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in long-form writing.
