Senior Software Engineer - AI Infrastructure Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Confido, where we empower CPG brands through AI infrastructure. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work remotely and play a crucial role in shaping our platform, helping enterprise customers transition from real-world financial workflows to production software.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation.
• Translate operational workflows into scalable features within the Confido product.
• Build integrations with customer systems and data sources.
• Extend the platform to support complex financial workflows.
• Identify product gaps and collaborate with product and engineering teams to address them.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend development or ML/AI.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and navigating ambiguous problems.
• Strong communication skills and product intuition.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data pipelines, AI systems, or integrations.
• Interest in early-stage startups and high ownership roles.
• CS degree or equivalent experience.
