We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our team at Atos. This Senior Test Manager remote position offers the opportunity to lead testing processes in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do

• Define test processes and documentation in collaboration with project partners.
• Identify test objects and manage the day-to-day communication with stakeholders.
• Lead test teams and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing across organizations.
• Review and verify test resource planning and align schedules with the Project Manager.
• Track preparation and execution status in JIRA, addressing critical issues and evaluating risks.
• Manage defects by balancing priority, criticality, and resolution plans for known defects.
• Interact with test and integration teams to establish test environments and generate test cases and data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Test Management.
• Strong understanding of QA and testing processes.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience in managing test teams.

Nice to Have

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification.
• Experience with cloud solutions.
