Technical Program Manager - SaaS Analytics Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager remote to join Sigma, a leading SaaS analytics platform that empowers users to unlock the value of data. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our engineering organization, focusing on Infrastructure & Data Services-oriented programs. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to step into a Technical Program Manager remote position and make a significant impact on our product delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Develop the roadmap and execution for key Product Operations initiatives.
• Align processes, tools, and best practices for product delivery and launch readiness.
• Execute frontend roadmap with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Manage technical debt and platform modernization for the frontend team.
• Facilitate communication and dependency resolution between frontend, backend, and design teams.
• Work on large-scale distributed systems and storage solutions.
• Identify gaps in processes and lead change management across teams.
• Prioritize and guide high-impact projects using your technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Software Engineer.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern frontend technologies.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed recommendations.
• Willingness to commit to a 40-hour work week for 12 weeks in-person in San Francisco.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI applications and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services.
