About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant remote to join our dynamic team at Bally's Corporation. As a global casino-entertainment company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high-quality food offerings. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless preparation and delivery of food orders, maintaining the high standards expected by our business.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders as a Kitchen Assistant remote.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and hygiene regulations throughout kitchen operations.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to uphold food quality and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Produce high-quality food offerings upon demand that meet company and customer standards.
  • Understand cooking instructions and visual requirements for all dishes available on the food menus.
  • Report any health and safety issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and sustain a clean and safe working area as prescribed in the cleaning schedule.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a casino, hospitality, retail, or service-driven environment.
  • Level 2 Food & Hygiene qualification is preferred.
  • Robust understanding of health and food hygiene legislation.
  • Knowledge of kitchen utensil and machinery usage requirements.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to estimate daily production needs.
