Team Lead Delivery - Remote Opportunity in IT Security

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations with clarity and energy, ensuring strong execution and quality.
• Inspire, coach, develop, and empower team members by leading through example and working alongside them to unlock their full potential.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted client relationships and proactively manage expectations.
• Challenge, improve and standardize processes, boost efficiency and quality, and elevate service delivery.
• Support the translation of strategy into action and identify opportunities to improve and grow.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT consultancy (Ideally IAM/IGA) with experience translating business into technical requirements and coordinating implementations.
• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role with a strong background in organization and operational coordination.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication (influencing, persuading, and motivating) skills in Dutch and B2 in English.
• Confident in conflict resolution and decision-making.
• Highly analytical with solid team management skills.
• Experience identifying commercial opportunities that contribute to organizational success.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile practices.
