About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop relationships with UK-based clients, acting as the primary point of contact for recruitment delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to placement.
  • Deliver bespoke, tailored shortlists of pre-qualified candidates aligned to client requirements.
  • Advise clients on hiring strategy, salary benchmarking, and market trends.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates in collaboration with your squad's Talent & Marketing Associate.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between clients and candidates.
  • Ensure consistent delivery against agreed service levels and performance targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional recruitment or job advertising services to existing clients.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency account management.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships in a commercial environment.
  • Strong spoken and written English with a professional communication style.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and accounts simultaneously.
  • Confidence working to performance targets and revenue objectives.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in international recruitment practices.
  • Familiarity with UK labor market trends.
  • Previous experience in a fully remote working environment.

What We Offer

  • Base salary of PHP 40,000 to PHP 50,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission linked directly to performance.
  • Three-tier career progression: Junior Talent Manager to Talent Manager to Senior Talent Manager.
