Machine Learning Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at AIO México. This Machine Learning Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for developing scalable machine learning models and implementing MLOps workflows to enhance our data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines.
• Process and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production environments.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain MLOps workflows, including deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in machine learning or AI roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
