Senior Product Manager - Growth & Consumer App

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Consumer App to join our client's dynamic team at one of Canada's fastest-growing fintech platforms. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how consumers pay, save, and earn rewards. This Senior Product Manager remote position offers the opportunity to lead the company's end-to-end growth engine, driving user acquisition and optimizing conversion strategies.

What You'll Do

• Own the user acquisition and referral growth strategy, including onboarding optimization and cashback-led incentive campaigns.
• Lead the end-to-end shopping journey across cashback offers and local merchant discovery, enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
• Continuously optimize how offers are surfaced to improve conversion from discovery to gift card purchase and in-store spend.
• Design and optimize membership and loyalty programs to increase engagement and purchase frequency.
• Leverage AI and automation to drive repeat purchases and enhance customer support.
• Set and track growth metrics, running data-driven experiments to translate results into scalable product improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to execute growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience with a focus on growth in consumer platforms or marketplace businesses.
• Proven track record of driving GMV growth and transaction volume through product-led initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding optimization, referral and viral growth loops, and conversion funnel analysis.
• Experience with local commerce platforms or e-commerce ecosystems is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable owning business metrics and running data-driven experiments.
• High ownership mentality; able to operate independently in fast-paced startup environments.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred; candidates with experience at companies like Pinduoduo or Meituan are encouraged to apply.
