What You'll Do

• Ensure creative excellence by building a consistent and high-performing Flex brand across all visual channels.
• Manage creative projects as both a hands-on and strategic designer, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Midjourney.
• Continuously evolve the Flex brand to appeal to our target audience through innovative design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and other teams to drive impactful campaigns and projects.
• Utilize performance data to inform and sharpen your creative decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience in a B2B, high-growth environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work across web design, social content, ads, and event designs.
• Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Midjourney.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Experience with video editing and familiarity with AI tools in design.

• 3D rendering and motion skills.
• Prior experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
