Talent Acquisition Partner - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team remotely. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to the business, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, events).
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with the Amdocs employer brand.
  • Use data and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, diversity, equity & inclusion standards, and internal hiring policies.
  • Collaborate with global TA, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence on talent initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a global or technology-driven organization.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (software engineering, IT, cloud, data, product, etc.) and niche skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in telecom, software, or professional services industries.
  • Exposure to global hiring and cross-border recruitment.
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
