What You'll Do

• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for clinical operations.
• Support the creation of learning materials using tools like Articulate Rise and Vyond.
• Participate in data analysis and dashboard creation to track training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in learning objectives.
• Engage in research on adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
• Interest in clinical pharmacology and drug development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs and clinical trial processes.
