Strategy and Growth Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Strategy and Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at trivago. This remote opportunity will allow you to drive strategic initiatives and uncover new growth opportunities in the travel industry. As a part of our Marketing Strategy and Intelligence team, you will leverage data insights and innovative products to make a significant impact on our business.

What You'll Do

• Lead financial modeling and planning across markets, optimizing revenue and contribution margins.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and validate hypotheses through structured experimentation.
• Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, partnering with Business Units on strategy formation and quarterly objective-setting.
• Deliver actionable insights from a cross-channel perspective, challenging the status quo.
• Manage alignment with senior leadership to ensure analytical outputs translate into meaningful business actions.
• Lead a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, driving execution from concept through impact measurement.
• Partner with Data Analysts and Scientists to convert data insights into holistic marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategic, financial, or analytical roles within a digital/tech environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent data storytelling skills to convey insights to diverse audiences.

• Experience in project management, particularly in agile methodologies.
• Strong command of financial modeling and analysis.
