Store Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Arctic Juice & Cafe. This remote Store Manager position offers you the opportunity to manage day-to-day operations while ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and building a motivated team environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the store day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Run service during busy periods, including coffee, juice, and kitchen duties.
• Train and develop your team to ensure they provide exceptional service.
• Ensure every product is fresh, consistent, and meets our quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Build a positive and motivated team environment that encourages collaboration.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
