IT Business Analyst - OTC Derivatives Systems (Relocation to France)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst - OTC Derivatives Systems to join our team at Quanteam. This position is based in New York, and relocation to France is mandatory. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the deployment and evolution of OTC derivatives systems within a global capital markets environment. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a diverse team of experts across various international offices.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the OTC Program Manager (Europe) to develop a deep understanding of the OTC IT functional and technical chain.
• Act as the regional point of contact for OTC support and incoming change requests.
• Document OTC processes and workflows to build and expand local knowledge.
• Conduct business analysis on ETD (Exchange-Traded Derivatives) requirements.
• Produce detailed functional specification documents for ETD derivatives changes.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of changes through the internal SDLC, from requirements gathering through production release.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Solid technical foundation in SQL, Java, file transfer, and middleware technologies (MQ, APIs).
• OTC derivatives knowledge is mandatory: trade processing, margin, collateral management.
• Familiarity with ETD derivatives (futures, listed options).
